Dancer Training

Building strength, control, and confidence for dancers.

Dancers rely on strength, stability, and control just as much as technique. Training outside of choreography helps dancers move more efficiently, prevent injury, and develop the strength needed for consistent performance.

Through dancer-focused training, conditioning, and movement awareness, my goal is to help dancers build stronger foundations that support their growth in the studio.

Training Philosophy

My approach to dancer training focuses on developing strength that supports technique.

• Core Strength and Stability
• Balance and Control
• Flexibility and Mobility
• Movement Awareness

Rather than replacing traditional dance training, strength work complements it by helping dancers move with greater confidence and consistency.

Why Training, Strength, & Conditioning Matters for Dancers

Dance requires both artistry and athleticism

When dancers build strength alongside technique, they often experience:

• Improved balance and control
• Stronger jumps and turns
• Better injury prevention
• More consistent performance

Training helps dancers support the technique they are already learning in the studio.
