Introducing your instructor

I'm Alexandra! I coach a school dance team in my hometown, and I run private officer interview training for dancers preparing for tryouts everywhere else! This course comes straight from that work. It's the same tiered answer system, the same Personal Story Bank exercise, the same mock interview structure I use one-on-one with my own candidates.

I built this program because I kept watching talented, hardworking dancers walk out of their interview knowing they didn't say what they meant to say. That's not a talent problem. It's a preparation problem, and it's completely fixable. That's what we're fixing here!

  • Eight video lessons plus six worksheets you'll use alongside them: your Personal Story Bank, an SAI and Tier self-assessment sheet, a full question bank with sentence starters, a body language checklist, a mock interview recording guide, and a pre-tryout checklist. Everything you need is included.

  • Any dancer preparing for an officer interview, whether that's captain, lieutenant, colonel, major, or any leadership position on your team. The framework works no matter what your program calls the role.

  • Just your phone, tablet, or computer! You'll use it to access the course and record your mock interview in Module 6, the same way you'll practice before your real interview. You will also need a pen or pencil!

  • Lifetime access! Go through it once before this year's tryouts, and come back to it again if you try out for a different position next season.
